At around 10:35 a.m. on Sunday, Chatham-Kent police were called out to Talbot Trail between Goulet Road and Kendall Road.
There they found two vehicles with extensive damage.
One of the drivers was pronounced deceased at the scene, while the other was transported to a nearby hospital with significant non-life-threatening injuries.
CK police continue to investigate.
