Dresden's Terry Fox Run raises over $31K

Participants in Dresden's 29th Terry Fox Run were as generous as ever.

Organizer Meg Robinson said that about 140 people came out on Sunday to run, walk, or wheel their way past the finish line.

As of 1 p.m. on Sunday, $31,687.10 had been donated, with online donations still pushing that number up.

Organizers are already looking forward to next year's big anniversary.

"We are looking forward already to our run in 2025 as it will be our 30th year of hosting in Dresden," Robinson shared. "Our hope is we will hit $1,000,000 raised in those 30 years."
