Kids invited onto the ice following Maroons home opener

Hockey season is about to get underway in Chatham-Kent.

The Chatham Maroons home opener is at 7 p.m. on Sunday, September 15 and the team wants to make it extra exciting for any little ones who make it out to the arena.

After the game, kids are invited to get out on the ice and skate with the Maroons. Helmets and skates are mandatory, so make sure to come to the game prepared.

Photos and autographs will also be available for hockey fans.

Those who want to watch the Maroons all season long can purchase season tickets this Sunday and next Sunday from 6:30 p.m. until the end of the second period.
