Chatham-Kent police responded to 250 calls for service within 24 hours, and eight people were arrested in total.

Man accused of breaking probation conditions

A 29-year-old man has been arrested for failing to comply with probation after he allegedly went to a certain residence in Chatham, which violated his release conditions.

Chatham-Kent police were called to the residence on Joseph Street on Saturday at approximately 1 p.m.

The accused was later released with a future court date.

The following reports can be submitted online:

- Theft from vehicle (under $5,000)

- Theft (under $5,000)

- Lost property

- Mischief or damage caused to vehicle/property

- Lost or stolen licence plates
