Resolution hearing set for Tilbury man accused of first degree murder

A Tilbury man charged with murdering an acquaintance is expected to enter a plea in Chatham court next month.

Darin Noland, 61, of Tilbury is charged with first degree murder in connection to the death 55-year-old Henry Neudorf of Tilbury in January.

Noland's plea and resolution hearing will take place in Chatham Superior Court on September 10, 2024.

Neudorf's body was discovered at the side of Townline Road north of Maple Line in Dover Township on January 12, 2024, according to Chatham-Kent police.

David Trealout, 34, and Kimberly Price, 52, both from Tilbury, are also charged with first degree murder.

Chatham-Kent police previously said all parties were known to each other.

Trealout is still waiting for a psychological assessment update to determine if he's fit to stand trial.

Trealout previously wanted to fire his lawyer and wanted to represent himself.

He also didn't think he needed a psychological assessment.

Price's case is still going through the court system.

All of the accused are still in custody.
