Over 100 artists will take over the village of Erieau on Saturday, August 3.
They'll be set up along the boulevard in the village for the popular Art on the Boulevard from 9 a.m until 4 p.m.
"This year we have 35 new artists," said chair Judy Campbell. "Our event features watercolour, acrylic, oil paintings, photography, jewellery, custom jewellery, beach glass, candles, iron works, garden works, quilts. There's so many things that are made by our artists."
But it's not just art and handmade items that will be on display. The Home and Cottage Tour, which features five homes and cottages, is also taking place from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
"It's the initiative of the Erieau Community Association, and the funds raised are used for community betterment projects in Erieau," said Campbell.
Tickets for the tour are $20 each, and can be purchased at the information table at the Memorial Garden on the Boulevard.
The weather will be warm with Environment Canada calling for a high of 29 C, but the organizers are prepared.
"Neighbourhood Watch will provide a coffee and donut station in the morning, and water stations," said Campbell. "We have water stations along the boulevard, and all the proceeds from that will go to children's activities in the village."
Traffic and parking can be an issue, but the Ride CK Beach Bus is back and will be running on Saturday from Chatham with stops in Blenheim and Charing Cross.
