UPDATE: Severe thunderstorm warning ended

The severe thunderstorm warning that was issued Monday afternoon has ended.

At approximately 1:15 p.m. the weather agency said it was tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing strong wind gusts, pea to dime sized hail and heavy rain.

The warning changed to a watch at around 2:50 p.m. before it ended.
