Big names and nostalgia coming to the Capitol

Some top-notch entertainment is coming to the Capitol Theatre in Chatham.

The 2024-2025 season has 10 shows with some big names coming, which means there is something for everyone.

Country superstar Brett Kissel comes to the theatre March 21, 2025, with his 'The Side You've Never Seen' acoustic tour. It promises to be an intimate night of songs and stories fans of the platinum-selling artist won't want to miss.

Nostalgia seems to be a running theme in this upcoming season.

On January 30, 2025 Canadian rock legends 54-40 will be performing some of their classic hits like 'I Go Blind' mixed in with some newer songs off their most recent album 'West Coast Band'.

Not to be outdone, 80s rock band Glass Tiger with special guest former MuchMusic VJ Erica Ehm, arrives November 28, 2024. This show is a one-of-a-kind retrospective on the band's journey from their beginnings to their recent induction into Canada's Walk of Fame.

And 80s babies we aren't done yet, Jim Henson's Fraggle Rock Live will take the stage March 16, 2025 in an all-new musical stage adventure. The show is back on Apple TV+ with a whole new generation of fans, so the show will mix the classics with some new favourites.

'Whose Line Is It Anyways' star, comedian Colin Mochrie, returns to the Capitol Theatre with 'Hyprov' on February 8, 2025. This is a show where hypnosis and improv come together with audience participation. Speaking of audience participation 'Choir! Choir! Choir! Queen Singalong' makes its way to the Capitol on February 15, 2025. Belt out some of Queen's biggest hits in the comfort of the Capitol Theatre surrounded by friends and fans.
