A Chatham resident is $50,000 richer after taking a chance on a scratch ticket.
The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation says Steven Rhan won the top prize on an Instant Crossword ticket.
He bought it at Charlie’s Variety Store on Park Avenue in Chatham.
