Man turns himself in to police months after missing court date

In May of last year, the man was arrested and charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, failing to comply with a recognizance, and impaired driving.

He was released with a condition to attend the Ontario Criminal Court of Justice in early June for fingerprinting.

When he failed to show up, a warrant was issued for his arrest.

On Monday afternoon, the man turned himself in at police headquarters.
