Calling all Chatham-Kent artists

ARTcrawl is back this summer and wants to animate downtown Chatham spaces with art, artists, and experiences alike.

Preparation is underway for the Thames Art Gallery and ARTspace's free, family-friendly summer Artcrawl on Friday, July 29, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Downtown businesses are being encouraged to use their own creative ideas for the event or to contact the organizers for support with artist collaborations and concepts.

This year’s theme is “All Dressed Up… And Places to Go!” and is centred around fashion.

Residents can crawl at their leisure during the event with the block in front of Artspace and the Cultural Centre being closed off to traffic.

Those interested can contact the Thames Art Gallery by clicking here or calling 519-360-1998.

For more information or to apply to participate in the ARTcrawl visit their website.
