One person is dead and another has been injured following a two-vehicle crash in Thamesville.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said a van and a tractor trailer collided head-on on Base Line near Bear Creek Road, on Friday at around 2:15 p.m.
One of the drivers was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other was taken to hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
The names of the drivers have not been released at this time.
The CK Police Service Traffic Unit is conducting an investigation and police have not disclosed if any charges have been laid.
