Dozens of new COVID-19 cases confirmed in Midwestern Ontario Monday

Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public health added 72 new cases of COVID-19 since Friday, 23 of them in Wellington. There are 34 active cases in Wellington, and the virus has lead to the deaths of 39 residents in Wellington.

Huron Perth Public Health added eight new cases of COVID-19 since Friday. The cases were located in North Perth, Perth East, Perth South, West Perth, Stratford, South Huron, and North Huron. There were 31 active cases. The death toll from the pandemic is 63. Four people are in hospitalized.

The Grey Bruce health Unit added seven new cases of COVID-19 Monday located in Blue Mountains,  Arran-Elderslie,  Brockton, Chatsworth, Kincardine, and Saugeen Shores. There are 22 active cases, and three residents are in hospital with the virus.  There were no new cases added in Grey Bruce Sunday, and two confirmed on Saturday.
