Just two new COVID-19 cases Tuesday in Midwestern Ontario

The Grey Bruce Health Unit added just two new cases of COVID-19 Tuesday, down from nine cases reported yesterday. The new cases are located in Owen Sound and Grey Highlands. There are 85 active cases, and eight residents are in hospital due to the virus.

Huron Perth Public Health reported no new cases. There are five active cases, and one person is in hospital.

Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health added three new cases of COVID-19, and reported three hospitalizations due to the virus. None of the new cases were located in Wellington County, where there are three active cases, with two them in Minto.

Across midwestern Ontario, there are no facility, school or childcare centre outbreaks.
