Three people are facing charges after police seized approximately $3,000 worth of suspected methamphetamine in Chatham.
Officers within the Chatham-Kent Police Service Intelligence Unit searched a residence on Wedgewood Avenue on Wednesday morning.
In addition to finding suspected methamphetamine, officers also seized packing materials and digital scales during the search.
A 37-year-old Chatham woman was arrested and charged with possession for the purposes of trafficking. A 51-year-old Chatham woman and a 26-year-old Wallaceburg man were both charged with drug possession.
The three accused were later released from police custody with future court dates scheduled for October 20.
