Local workforce development board launches pandemic survey

The Sarnia-Lambton Workforce Development Board wants to know how the COVID-19 pandemic is impacting local workers.

The organization has launched an online survey, asking employees about their experiences.

The goal is to better inform efforts to support the community through these challenging times.

The survey takes five to ten minutes to complete, and responses will remain anonymous.

The board says some questions at the end of the survey are sensitive and may be a source of distress. Those facing anxiety should refer to trusted sources like the World Health Organization, or reach out to local healthcare providers.

Anyone with questions or comments is asked to contact Julian Villafuerte (Project Coordinator and Researcher, Workforce Windsor Essex) at jvillafuerte@workforcewindsoressex.com.

The survey can be found by clicking here.
