Environment Canada issued a wind warning on Sunday for areas such as London-Middlesex, Elgin County, Chatham-Kent, Windsor-Essex, Leamington, and Sarnia-Lambton. The warning officially ended at 6:35 p.m.

Winds were expected to gust up to 90 kilometres an hour. A cold front was also expected to go over the Windsor and Chatham-Kent areas on Sunday afternoon.
