NDP candidate picked for Lambton-Kent-Middlesex

The Lambton-Kent-Middlesex NDP riding has chosen its candidate for this year's federal election.

Dylan McLay of Tupperville got the title as party members voted Saturday morning in Alvinston. Bill Pollock, riding association president, confirmed to Blackburn News that McLay won the candidacy.

McLay previously ran for a spot as councillor for Ward 4 in the 2018 Chatham-Kent municipal election.

Other candidates in the LKM riding include Lianne Rood for the Conservatives, Anthony Li for the Green Party, and Bria Atkins for the People's Party.
