Spitfires trade Frasca to Kingston

The Windsor Spitfires are making a move as the opening of training camp gets closer.

According to the official Kingston Frontenacs website, the Spitfires traded forward Jordan Frasca to Kingston in exchange for a sixth-round draft pick in the 2022 OHL Priority Selection. There is no official confirmation yet from the Spitfires.

The 18-year-old from Caledon, Ont. played 60 regular-season games with the Spits last season, scoring nine goals for 23 points. He had two shots on goal in four games for Windsor during the playoffs.

Frasca began the 2017-2018 season with the Junior B Chatham Maroons, where he scored 12 goals for 38 points in 43 regular-season games, plus a goal and four assists in the playoffs. He saw 11 games of action with Windsor that season as well.

The Spitfires open their 2019-2020 training camp one week from Tuesday.
