The Chatham Maroons will have a veteran scoring threat leading the way for the team this fall.
Griffin Robinson will serve as the team's captain for the 2019-2020 season, according to a Facebook post from the Maroons.
Robinson, who is entering his fifth season in the GOJHL, was acquired by Chatham in a trade with Leamington last year, putting up 37 points (17 goals, 20 assists) in 32 regular-season games with the Maroons.
The post from the team praises Robinson as "a great role model and mentor for our younger players" adding he will be "a very important part" of the team.
