Executed Warrants

A 24-year-old man was arrested on an arrest warrant and a 44-year-old woman was arrested on multiple warrants.

Around 9:30 a.m. on Friday, the man was arrested at the Chatham courthouse on an arrest warrant for the offence of theft and possession under $5000.

The woman was arrested by Windsor Police Service, on Chatham-Kent warrants for the offences of theft and possession under $5000 x2 and fail to appear.

She was transported to Chatham-Kent Police HQ and held for bail.

Collision on Ridge Line 

A driver was transported to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance after hitting a hydro pole.

At around 3:30 p.m. in the area of Mink Line on Ridge Line a vehicle left the roadway, striking a hydro pole, knocking down live lines.

The driver was transported to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance with non-life threatening injuries.

The collision remains under investigation.

Intoxicated in a public place

Three men were arrested on King Street in Chatham.

Around 2:30 a.m. the men were arrested after complaints of a disturbance.

All parties were lodged until sober.
