Man turns himself in
A wanted man has turned himself in at Chatham-Kent police headquarters.
It happened on Saturday at around 8 a.m.
He was arrested on outstanding warrants and has since been released with a future court date.
Alleged counterfeit money payment
A man is alleged to have used a counterfeit US $100 bill.
It happened on Saturday at around 1 p.m. at a Value Village in Chatham when a man attempted to pay for a purchase.
Police charged a 50-year-old man. He has since been released with a future court date.
Alleged impaired e-bike driving
A man is alleged to have been driving an e-bike while impaired.
It all started when police received reports of a man on Richmond Street in Chatham swerving on the road shortly after 7 p.m.
A man was located and arrested. After taking a breathalyzer test, he was charged with over 80.
He has since been released on an appearance notice.
Driver leaves the scene
A driver of a car is charged after he allegedly left the scene of a crash involving a motorcycle.
Police said it on King Street West in Chatham, shortly after 9 p.m. Saturday.
After the driver of the car left the scene, the vehicle's front licence plate fell off and was later found by police at the scene.
No one was hurt in the incident.
A 30-year-old man was later charged with careless driving and failing to remain at the scene.
