Break and enter caught on camera (VIDEO)

Chatham-Kent police have confirmed they are investigating a break-in earlier this week that was caught on video.

The incident happened on Balmoral Street in Chatham Monday. According to the victim, the home was broken into 20 minutes after their mother left the residence. They added voices can be heard which the victim claimed was the man in the video talking to someone through an earpiece to another person outside the home.
