Out past curfew

At 1:30 a.m, a man was found to be out past his probation-ordered curfew.

A general patrol officer conducted a traffic stop in Chatham and observed a man laying down in the back seat, attempting to hide.

The officer recognized the 28-year-old man as being on probation and arrested him.

He has since been released from custody with a future court date.

Man wanted by London police

Officers stopped a vehicle driven by a 40-year-old Chatham man after recognizing him as wanted by London police.

The man was wanted for failing to attend court.

Transportation was arranged and the man was turned over to London police.

Tools stolen

Tools were stolen from a shed on Langstaff Line Friday overnight.

The value of items taken is approximately $2,000.
