Southwestern Ontario saw some wild weather on Friday afternoon.
Environment Canada tracked several severe thunderstorms that blew through the region, prompting Severe Thunderstorm Warnings in London-Middlesex and Elgin County. The warnings were lifted after 4:30pm after the London area was hit with heavy rain and high winds.
Severe thunderstorm watches remained in effect for London-Middlesex, Elgin County, Chatham-Kent, and Windsor-Essex until around 7pm.
Forecasters say more thunderstorms are possible Friday night and on Saturday.
