A woman is confirmed dead following a house fire in Leamington.
Ontario Provincial Police say they were called around 7:30pm Wednesday to a home on Bennie Ave. near Christina Cres.
Constable Jim Root says the woman was found inside the home.
She has been identified as Carol White, 77.
The Office of the Ontario Fire Marshal continues to investigate the cause of the fire.
No damage estimate has been released but will be provided once the Fire Marshal's investigation is complete.
