A 24-year-old man from Mississauga won't be behind the wheel anytime soon, after getting pulled over by Chatham-Kent OPP.
Police say there were called about two vehicles racing on the Hwy. 401, June 9 around 8:45pm.
A westbound vehicle was then allegedly caught going more than 190 km/hr near Dillon Rd.
As a result, the 24-year-old has been charged with racing a motor vehicle and driving with an open liquor container inside the vehicle. He will have to go to court August 22.
In addition to the charges, his driver's licence has been suspended and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
