Chatham-Kent police say the crash happened around 7am on Bear Line Rd. at Heron Line in Dover Township.
Minor injuries were reported.
Police say a 17-year-old Dresden man has been issued a ticket.
Chatham-Kent police reported a 44-year-old man driving a pickup truck was killed in the crash at Jeanettes Creek Road and Coutts Line around 6 p.m. Tuesday.
