(BlackburnNews.com file photo by Jason Viau)A 22-year-old man from Mississauga is in some trouble with the law after Chatham-Kent OPP say they found some marijuana in a vehicle on Hwy. 401.
Police say they pulled the vehicle over for speeding at around 11:30pm Sunday after it was recorded going over 130 km/h in the westbound lanes of the highway near Charing Cross Rd.
After officers pulled the vehicle over, they allegedly found a small quantity of marijuana inside.
The driver is now charged with speeding and drug possession.
Chatham-Kent police reported a 44-year-old man driving a pickup truck was killed in the crash at Jeanettes Creek Road and Coutts Line around 6 p.m. Tuesday.
