Halloween Hijinx

Four teens have been charged with assault after a frightening incident in Chatham.

Police say, around 12:30pm Tuesday, four male youths were following another male youth on Ursuline Ave.  Police say one of the males approached the victim and pointed an air soft pellet gun at him while the others, who were wearing balaclavas, surrounded the victim in an intimidating manner.

Nobody was hurt but four teens from Chatham, between the ages of 13 and 15, were arrested and charged with assault with a weapon.
