Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for Windsor-Essex, Chatham-Kent, and London-Middlesex, warning that wind gusts of up to 80 km/h are on the way late Monday night through Tuesday.
Those winds could cause some large waves and possibly localized flooding along the coasts of Lake Erie, Lake St. Clair, and Lake Huron.
