A 46-year-old woman is dead and a 51-year-old man is in police custody after an incident at a business on Talbot St. E. at Princess St. in Leamington.
The Essex County OPP say officers were called to the scene around 8:30pm on Wednesday, where they discovered the woman.
Police have taped off an area around the business as well as a home on Erie St. S at Countess St., as the investigation continues.
There has been no word yet on if the 51-year-old will be charged in connection to the woman's death.
The OPP say Princess St. will remain closed between Talbot St. E. and Orange St. overnight.
