Fatal Crash East Of Thamesville

One person is dead and another is in hospital after a two-vehicle crash just east of Thamesville.

It happened on Longwoods Rd. near Parks Blueberries on Friday around 1pm.

Longwoods Rd. will be closed from Zone Rd. 6 to Zone Rd. 7 for several hours while officers investigate.

Police say the driver of an agricultural truck was taken to hospital and the driver of the other vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.

No identities will be released until their families are notified.
