Old Coffee Culture Building Will Soon Have New Life

The old Coffee Culture building in downtown Chatham will soon have a new tenant.

Fred Naclerio of Apollo Property Management says there's an official announcement next week and the new space should be open May 1.

As far as what's going into the old Coffee Culture space, Naclerio will only say it's similar to what was there before.

The Coffee Culture space has been closed since November.
