Chatham-Kent Children's Treatment Centre Gets Funding Boost

Centre Executive Director Donna Litwin-Makey says the money will go to the "Life Link" program to help children with disabilities better fit into society.

She says the money will help with other programs beyond occupational, physio and speech therapy.

Litwin-Makey says the RBC grant is very helpful because government funding is shrinking every year.

The program serves people up to 21 years of age.

"Most of the money will go to social work staff to help their clients with life skill development and planning," says Litwin-Makey.
