The Chatham-Kent Police Service says officers were called to the scene of the collision at the Queen St. and Park Ave. intersection, on Monday around 9pm.
Police say the cyclist was airlifted to a London hospital with life threatening injuries.
Queen St. remained closed to traffic at 11:50pm, while police conducted an investigation.
It is unknown if any charges will be laid at this time.
