A 51-year-old Amherstburg woman who was involved in a single-vehicle crash near Erieau Sunday has died as a result of her injuries.
Chatham-Kent police say they won't be releasing her name at the request of the family.
Officers previously reported that the woman was the only person inside the vehicle when it crashed into a ditch off of Erie Shore Dr. at around 4:30pm Sunday afternoon.
She was first taken to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance with life-threatening injuries, but was later transported to a hospital in London.
