Police responded to the scene around 1:30pm, where a transport truck rolled over on the highway somewhere between Harwich Rd. and Communication Rd.
One man was taken to hospital with unspecified injuries.
The highway was fully reopened at 10pm once the transport was removed.
More than 1,000 litres of Clamato juice and 137 litres of Vodka were used to make a record breaking cocktail.
