Officials say Mouy Sou has been missing since October 28.
The 49-year-old is described as Asian, standing five feet tall and weighing 104 lbs. She was last seen wearing tan casual pants and brown leather shoes.
She was seen with a 1998 silver Honda with license plate BEEA318. Anyone with information is asked to contact Windsor police.
