CBC Feature Brings Possible Business

A Buxton business that was featured as part of a CBC TV show is seeing some returns from the national exposure.

Bradonna Woodwork was highlighted during the taping of the comedy show Still Standing.

Office manager Jeremy Eagen says they got a call from a company two days after the show aired on September 21.

"We received a call from a company in Ottawa who is very interested in starting to deal with us, especially the bar brackets," says Eagen. "They also told us that they deal counter tops to over 40 cabinet shops in the Ottawa area and might be possibly interested in being a distributor for Bradonna products as well."

Eagen says their reach basically ends in the Kitchener region, so a deal with an Ottawa area company were certainly help the business grow. He adds nothing is set in stone and they're still talking about the logistics of the deal, should it happen.
