A warrant executed by police in Chatham has uncovered $2,600 worth of Crystal Meth.
Members of the Chatham-Kent Intelligence Unit with the Assistance of the Critical Incident Response Team executed the warrant yesterday. Also inside the Chatham home police say they seized three digital scales, packaging materials, an air pistol, a taser, a can of bear spray, and a small amount of cash.
A 27-year-old Chatham man has been charged with possession for the purposes of trafficking , possession of a prohibited device, and possession of a weapon contrary to a prohibition order. A 22-year-old Chatham woman was also arrested and charged with possession for the purposes of trafficking.
Both were held pending a bail hearing.
