Local McHappy Day Raises $17,512

It looks like plenty of hot beverages, Happy Meals and Big Macs were gobbled up in Chatham-Kent.

McDonald's has announced that yesterday's McHappy Day sales in the region raised $17,512. The money raised will go to the Ronald McDonald House Southwestern Ontario.

For every McHappy hot beverage, Happy Meal, and/or Big Mac sold yesterday, McDonald's donated $1 to the cause.
