Chatham-Kent's budget chair anticipates councillors to pass the 2015 budget Tuesday night.
So far, the budget committee has decreased the tax impact from a 2.4% increase to 1.34%.
Derek Robertson says just a few more questions need to be ironed out. "There are some questions still regarding staffing levels and we'll have some questions in that regard. Then I expect we will go back to the first motion that we had."
The committee still has to vote on taking money out of infrastructure reserves, a motion that was deferred last week.
