The Leamington Ontario Provincial Police says on Sunday around 8pm, 54-year-old Robert Wallingford of Leamington was struck by a red Chevy Cavalier. He was transported to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
As a result, 18-year-old Jamie Redekop has been charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle causing death.
