An milk run will be taking place in Arthur on Saturday, featuring two horse-drawn wagons stopping at selected home around Arthur to deliver milk the old-fashioned way.
Gerald & Mary Townsend will be hosting the run, and Gerald says delivering milk this way has always been on his bucket list, and knows it's important to remember our connection to the past.
Gerald says they will be handing out some Gay Lea Chocolate Milk & Ice Cream to any kids along the run, and will also have milk in glass bottles available for sale, both 2% and chocolate, as well as some goat cheese.
The Arthur Milk Run begins at the 10:00am at the Mennonite Christian School in Arthur.
