A Scotiabank analyst expects Canadian beef demand to ramp up again ahead of the barbecue season,

a beef industry spokesman says a disconnect between farmers and consumers is opening the door to disruptive marketing methods

and the OFA wants to make sure the farmer perspective is considered in dealing with phosphorous levels in the Great Lakes.
