A 3 member judicial panel has reserved it's decision in the latest round of the legal battle over the province's new neonic regulations.
Grain Farmers of Ontario wants to appeal of the dismissal of their case against the regulations.
GFO lawyers are also asking for a stay on the regulations and interpretation of those regulations.
Chair Mark Brock says his organisation appreciates the court taking the time to consider the significance of the issue.
Brock also thanked the approximately 200 grain farmers who were at the Toronto courthouse Wednesday to show support for the case.
GFO is challenging the scientific basis for the province's move to significantly reduce the use of neonic-treated seeds by Ontario farmers.
