Ardent Mills has finalised it's purchase of the Mondelez Canada flour mill in Mississauga.
That mill produces hard and soft wheat flour for its Canadian bakeries and a number of food manufacturing customers.
Ardent also has milling operations in Saskatchewan and Quebec as well as a bakery-mix facility in Burlington and an administrative/sales office in Brampton.
Those are part of the company's network of 40 flour mills and bakery-mix facilities in Canada, the U-S and Puerto Rico.
Ardent Mills is headquartered in Denver, Colorado.
