Organisors are calling it one of the key marketing tools for the 2017 IPM in Huron County.
Spokesperson Tammy Fischer says they want the Huron County Cook Book for IPM 2017 to be a snapshot of the entire county.
She says they're looking for submissions from everyone in the county.
They're especially interested in submissions from anyone with a connection to either the county matches or any of the previous 5 IPM's Huron has hosted.
Fischer says they're also encouraging Huron County restaurants to submit recipes, pointing out the IPM will attract up to 100 thousand potential customers to the area.
Submissions for the cookbook are due the end of December this year.
They can be emailed to ipm2017recipes@gmail.com.
You can also find more information and a regular postal address on the Huron 2017 website.
