Two suspects in Windsor stolen vehicle case

Windsor police say two people have been charged after a vehicle was reported stolen this past weekend.

Investigators took a call from the area of Caron Avenue and Chatham Street West on Sunday.

On Monday, the vehicle was found on Milloy Street and Alexis Road with two people inside. Police then tracked the vehicle to Reginald Street, where the suspects were arrested.

A 33-year-old man has been charged with motor vehicle theft, possession of stolen property over $5,000, and driving while prohibited.

A 24-year-old woman is charged with possession of stolen property.

The charges have not been proven in court.
